Dear Parents,
Thank you for completing the previous travel declaration for your child(ren), which supports our continuing work with the Singapore authorities.
Based on the latest travel advisory from the government, the Stay-Home Notice (SHN) now applies to travel to mainland China, South Korea, Iran and northern Italy (Aosta Valley, Piedmont, Liguria, Lombardy, Emilia-Romagna, Veneto, Friuli-Venezia Giulia, and Trentino-Alto). The new SHN requirement for Iran, South Korea (outside Daegu and Cheongdo), and northern Italy, applies to arrival in Singapore from 11.59pm on 4 March 2020.
To help us maintain up to date student travel records, please identify the status of your child(ren)’s travel since your previous declaration in the table below and complete any required action.

Important information for anyone subject to SHN.
If your child is currently outside Singapore and visits a SHN region in the 14 days prior to return to Singapore, they must begin SHN upon return.
If your child has recent travel history to a SHN region (in the 14 days prior to return), SHN is required based on the following locations and dates of return to Singapore:
- Mainland China (outside of Hubei); from 11.59pm on 18 February
- Daegu city and Cheongdo county in South Korea; from 11.59pm on 26 February
- The rest of South Korea, Iran and northern Italy; from 11.59pm on 4 March
Please contact us if you have any questions about this information, especially if you think your child should have been issued an SHN and was not.

Regardless of any recent travel history, we continue to advise all in our community to monitor their own health through daily temperature-checking, good personal hygiene and seeing a doctor immediately if unwell.
We thank you for your continued attention to the reporting requirements and for your ongoing support of the measures to keep our community safe and well.
Sincerely,
Elizabeth Bray, Head of UWCSEA Dover
